1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or creating an account on Workbench Supplies ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are sold in custom-cut lengths specified at time of order.
  • Prices are listed in NZD and include applicable GST.

  • Risk of loss passes to you on dispatch.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom-cut items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or do not match the specification you ordered.
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
