What are your delivery times?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location: Canterbury (1-2 days), North Island (2-3 days), Australia (5-7 days).
Do you offer custom cutting services?
Yes! That's our specialty. You can order any length from 100mm to 6000mm for most materials. Simply specify your desired length when placing an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. Business accounts can also arrange payment terms.
Can I return or exchange materials?
Due to the custom-cut nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on cut materials. However, if there's a quality issue or error on our part, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
